ABOUT THE EMPLOYERS’ ASSOCIATION (TEA), DELHI
TEA was established in 1986 at New Delhi. Over the years, TEA, Delhi has had several hundred Members from a wide range of Organisations including the Development Sector, IT/ITES Enterprises, Banking Sector, Civil Aviation, Education, Service and manufacturing concerns.
TEA Representatives have been Members of various statutory Boards constituted by the Government of India such as the Employees State Insurance Corporation, the Central Board of Trustees under the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952; and the Second Labour Commission to mention a few.
TEA Representatives have also participated at tri-partite meetings of the International Labour Organisation and the Indian Labour Conferences regularly and have effectively contributed to the deliberations.
SERVICES
An Association of the Employers and for the Employers. The Association espouses the cause of Employers with the Government and Trade Unions. The Association represents Employers at National and International Tri-partite forums. Established in 1986, the Association is one of the oldest Employers’ Association in the National Capital Region and is dedicated to the cause of Employers, irrespective of their size viz. large, medium, small and even the micro enterprises.
The Association keeps its Members abreast with the latest developments in the realm of Labour & Employment laws as well as various statutory compliances of Employers.
OUR OBJECTIVE
The Association works to achieve industrial peace and resolving workplace challenges. The Association represents the point of view of Employers before the Government and defends Employers before both quasi-judicial and judicial authorities.
